What is included with my Aramark Refreshments water equipment rental?
Office water solutions with Aramark Refreshments are managed workplace programs that supply businesses with water and ice equipment, breakroom supplies, and ongoing delivery and maintenance. With your machine rental, Aramark Refreshments will provide convenient access to refreshing water while reducing the time and effort required to manage inventory and equipment.
Does Aramark Refreshments install and maintain the water machines?
Yes. All equipment leased through Aramark Refreshments will be installed and maintained by our team of experts. If you are a current customer and would like to submit a service request, please do so here.
Do I need to service the equipment myself?
For daily maintenance, our team of experts will train you on how to properly service the machines. Aramark Refreshments will provide routine service on the machines; however, as a valued customer, you're also able to submit a service request if you need additional maintenance.
Do the water machines need a filter and does the filter need to be changed?
Yes. All our bottleless point-of-use water coolers and dispensers use filtration. We've partnered with 3M and offer four NSF-certified tiers ranging from standard chlorine, odor, and sediment reduction up to pharmaceutical-grade filtration with lead and bacteria reduction. Filters are changed regularly as part of our service. If you are a current customer and would like your filter changed, submit a service request today.
