Does Aramark install and maintain the water equipment?
Yes. We will provide your office with the water equipment needed to keep your team hydrated. Our team is trained to service and maintain all machines leased through Aramark Refreshments.
Do the water machines need a filter and does the filter need to be changed?
Yes. All our bottleless point-of-use water coolers and dispensers use filtration. We've partnered with 3M and offer four NSF-certified tiers ranging from standard chlorine, odor, and sediment reduction up to pharmaceutical-grade filtration with lead and bacteria reduction. Filters are changed regularly as part of our service. If you are a current customer and would like your filter changed, submit a service request today.
Can I get still, sparkling, or hot water from one machine?
Yes. Many units offer still, sparkling, ambient, and hot on a single dispenser. Our team of experts will work with you to determine what machine is best for your specific needs.
