To simplify the process, you can consolidate all of your organization’s locations under one Aramark Account. Our online customer portal allows you to place orders, submit service requests, and view billing information for each of your locations. 

  • What is the turnaround time on service requests?

    We have a 1-business day guarantee on equipment repairs. We understand that in the event of equipment failure, your organization needs your equipment up and running as quickly as possible. Our market-leading customer service can help you get the most out of your equipment and enjoy your breaks without issue.

  • Do I have to sign a contract?

    Yes, a contract is required for service. At Aramark, we want to develop a partnership with you and provide the best experience possible. A service contract guarantees you the most advanced technology, updated equipment, quality products, and access to a one-on-one customer representative. Other benefits of a contract with us include cost savings advisement, spend and budget projections, and quarterly business reviews, helping you save money and get the most out of our partnership. 

    Our contract term is 36 months. Once signed, we will continuously work with you to make sure you’re getting the most out of our products and services—so you can focus on running your business.

  • What size offices do you serve?

    We find that customers with more than 35 employees see the most value in our services. However, any size business can benefit from break room services. We offer a variety of products and services that can be easily scaled to serve your beverage, snack, and supply needs.

  • How frequent is coffee and snack delivery?

    The frequency of our coffee, tea, and snack delivery is entirely dependent on your business’s needs. We’ll partner with you to set up a delivery schedule so that you can get what you need, when you need it. Regardless of whether we deliver to you multiple times weekly or just a few times per month, we’ll ensure that your office is always stocked with the highest-quality coffee, local snacks, delicious beverages, and supplies you need to keep things running smoothly. Your dedicated Aramark representative will handle all of your deliveries and get to know you and your needs.
