Due to the continued impact of the fluctuating global energy markets on our business, including increases in fuel-related costs and charges imposed by our suppliers, Aramark Refreshments has implemented a dynamic fuel surcharge on all orders for Office Coffee Service (OCS) and Filter orders beginning on June 22, 2026. This surcharge will appear as a separate line item on invoices.

The surcharge is based on the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) national gasoline index and will increase or decrease on a quarterly basis to reflect changes in that index and prevailing market conditions. We believe that utilizing the EIA index provides a fair, measurable, and independent reference point for capturing market fluctuations.
